Movie On Education Reform To Be Shown At Avon High School

AVON — People who might be concerned about the pressures facing high school students are hoping that a movie about education scheduled to be shown later this month will rekindle a community conversation similar to the one held four years ago. That movie is called "Beyond Measure," and is a follow-up on a 2011 documentary, "Race to Nowhere." The earlier film looked at the pressure many high school students across the country face to achieve at a high level, and the toll it can take.
