You asked for it: A passion for Italian food
Q: My sister visited me from New York, and we went to a gem of a restaurant called Rosedale Brick Oven in Coral Springs. We sat in the bar area and watched chef Manny as he made every dish from scratch, using nothing but fresh ingredients. We decided to have the honey balsamic glazed pork chops served with spinach and a mushroom risotto that not even Rao's of New York City would have been able to compete with. The pork chops were cooked in a brick oven, and we couldn't believe how flavorful and tender they were. Can you please obtain the recipe for both the pork chops and mushroom risotto? My sister and I would love to duplicate these recipes at home. — Vincent Simione, Margate
