    <a href="http://www.marketgrillct.com/" target="_blank"><strong>Market Grille</strong></a> has opened in Manchester, on Buckland Hills Drive in the former Hops building. The restaurant is the fifth eatery for the <a href="http://www.themillontheriver.com/" target="_blank"><strong>Mill Restaurant Group</strong></a>, and its second new opening of 2012, after the debut of <a href="http://www.republicct.com/" target="_blank"><strong>Republic </strong></a>in Bloomfield this summer.
