A week or so ago I sent out a call for local authors to send me information about their Halloween-themed stories, and I’d like to share them with you. I hope you’ll take a few minutes and check them out. Who knows, you might find a new favorite author, or two! Even if you don’t get to some until we’re heading for the next big holiday, there’s never a bad time for a spooky story, is there?
In the adult fiction market (and YA), let’s face it, paranormal is king. Our bookshelves are already full with vampires and werewolves and shape shifters…and who knows what creature will next make an appearance? While this collection has its shares of those creepy critters, it’s nice to see there are still stories about ghosts, and even a zombie, to raise our hackles.
