The Navy says Victory Lane Motors in Norfolk is temporarily off-limits to its personnel after complaints prompted a state investigation of the used car dealership. The Navy says more than 20 sailors have been identified as possible fraud victims. reports here that Department of Motor Vehicles ordered a search of the business at 6512 E. Virginia Beach Blvd. on Monday after complaints led to an investigation.

The Joint Armed Force Disciplinary Control Board of Southeastern Virginia and Northeastern North Carolina will determine if the dealership will be formally placed off-limits, according to a Navy news release.

The Army and Air Force in Hampton Roads have also placed the business off limits, the release continued.

Currently, the news release says eight businesses in Hampton Roads are off limits to the military:

. Lazy Dayz, 839 W. 21st St. in Norfolk

. Mellow Smoke Tobacco Shop, 1948 Diamond Springs Road in Virginia Beach

. Outer Edge Gifts, 760-B J. Clyde Morris Blvd. in Newport News

. Blazin Herbs, 85 W Mercury Blvd. in Hampton
