wide egg noodles 1/2 bag cooked
small meat balls
half green pepper sliced thin julienne
season to taste with garlic powder, season salt, Italian seasoning
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
Combine cooked noodles, tomato sauce, meat balls, green pepper and seasonings in a large baking dish (greased). Sprinkle over with 1/4 cup brown sugar. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until heated through. Remove foil and sprinkle 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella. Replace foil and let sit 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
