The Rev. David Greear will be presenting on "Creation's Light," a scientific and Bible based look at evolutionary theory. The sessions will be held at 9:45 and 10:45 a.m. and 7 p.m. Sunday as well as 7 p.m. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at the Laurel Hill Gospel Tabernacle, one mile north of Jennerstown on Route 985.

The sessions will deal with the broad topic of creation vs. evolution. Individual sessions will focus in on presuppositions and bias in the creation-evolution debate, the relevance of the debate, and various categories of scientific evidence that the speaker believes are better explained by a Biblical creation model than by an evolutionary model.

The age of the earth will also be discussed and argument presented in favor of a young earth. In essence, the theme of the seminar will be "What we see in God's world agrees with what we read in God's Word." Or, the scientific evidence that we have in the present is better explained by a creation world-view than by and evolutionary world-view."
