Law & Order: Opiate antidote used again in Porter County

Opiate antidote used again in Porter County A Porter County Sheriff's Department deputy used Naloxone, an opiate antidote, on Sunday, the third time the drug has been used to stop a drug overdose since July 17. Deputies were called at 10:42 p.m. to the 2000 block of Chippenauck Court outside of Valparaiso for a possible drug overdose and found a 36-year-old woman unconscious, according to police. Officer Nathan Graf administered a dose of Naloxone and monitored the woman's condition; she regained consciousness a short time later.
