    I am appalled by the rapid assault on municipalities by outside gun groups in the aftermath of Act 192, forcing them to repeal local gun ordinances. This legislation unfairly threatens our communities with paying the entire bill for legal expenses associated with these challenges but imposes no such financial liability on gun groups if they lose. With taxpayer money at risk, local communities are rapidly repealing ordinances such as those that prohibit carrying guns in public parks.
