Police: Man threatened to kill ex-girlfriend after she witnessed Philly shooting

A 28-year-old man pointed a gun at his ex-girlfriend and threatened to kill her early Monday, three days after she said she saw him shoot a man in Philadelphia, according to court records. Jose I. Sabastro Jr., of 300 block of North 15th Street in Allentown, was charged with simple assault, terroristic threats and harassment. He was arraigned by District Judge Donna Butler and sent to Lehigh County Jail under $15,000 bail. Court records did not elaborate on the Philadelphia shooting. According to criminal complaint: Allentown police were dispatched at 5:44 a.m. Monday to an apartment in the 800 block of North Seventh Street on a report of a domestic dispute involving a firearm.
