After his older brother dropped a semi-automatic pistol during a fight Tuesday with neighbors at a Leesburg apartment complex, a 13-year-old boy picked it up, aimed it at another teen and pulled the trigger, an arrest affidavit says. Police said both the 13-year-old and his older brother, 17, walked up to the second-floor home of Jaylin McMullen, 18, at Lake Harris Cove Apartments. The 17-year-old allegedly waved a gun and threatened to "shoot up" the home. Three women in the home told police they were afraid as McMullen confronted the 17-year-old and the two started fighting.
