Mayor, commissioner beg community for tips in shooting of 10-year-old

Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake gathered with community members Friday on a commercial strip where a 10-year-old child was among three people shot a night earlier, imploring anyone with tips to come forward to help get the shooter off the streets. Rawlings-Blake, along with interim Police Commissioner Kevin Davis and Rep. Elijah E. Cummings, joined hands with members of the clergy and residents in the 3100 block of W.
