Youth camp resumes on isle 4 years after Norway massacre

Hundreds of teenagers arrived Friday at a summer camp on the Norwegian island of Utoya for the first time since a fanatic gunman killed 69 there and shook the small Scandinavian country. William Reinemo said he was excited and looking forward to meeting "new people and old friends" on Utoya, where on July 22, 2011, self-styled "militant nationalist" Anders Behring Breivik gunned down mostly teenagers who had come for a weekend of political discussion and social events.
