A Long Island Developer Wants To Build A $200 Million Sports Complex In Windsor Locks

A Long Island developer is proposing to build a $150-200 million sports complex along Route 20 in Windsor Locks near Bradley International Airport that would include an indoor arena, outdoor stadium, two hotels and a convention center.

The “All Sports Village” project would be built on 76 acres of former tobacco land and calls for 16 indoor basketball/volleyball courts, and eight multipurpose synthetic turf fields for soccer, lacrosse, softball, flag football and field hockey.
