Police say Chanelle Luckett showed up at her ex-boyfriend’s far South Side home at 4:40 a.m. after he didn’t answer any of her 30 phone calls.
Luckett, 27, banged on the home’s windows and doors, yelling obscenities all the while, police said. The 33-year-old man finally came outside and told her to leave. He also said he had another woman inside, police added.
Luckett pulled out a stun gun and shocked the man four times in the arms and tried to hit him with the stun gun about 20 more times, police said.
Luckett called police, who arrested her at the home on the 11900 block of South Wallace Street, police said. She was charged with misdemeanor domestic battery. Her ex-boyfriend declined medical treatment, but had abrasions on his arms.
In Cook County bond court on Sunday, bail was set at $10,000.
