When the nine of us first walked into the Grand Lux Café, we had to take a few minutes to look at the ornate decorations and busy paintings of the restaurant.
We got taken up an escalator to the second floor, where we were seated. The atmosphere was comfy, yet expensively furnished.
For the appetizer, we ordered the Grand Appetizer platter, which was very diverse in samples. It was good, but I really liked only one thing: Buffalo chicken rolls with bleu cheese drssing for dipping.
I had chicken pot pie for an entree. The serving was huge and it could have fed at least three people! The veggies were perfectly fresh and tated as if they were just picked off the farm.
Desert consisted of warm apple crisp, molten chocolate cake and puffs, complete with three creamy sauces. My favorite was the chocolate cake; the apple crisp was decent; and i wasn't that awed by the puffs.
My overall meal was satisfying and I would go there again.

During our trip to the Grand Lux Café I experienced beautiful decor, tremendous food, and adequate service.
What first amazed me was the beautiful decor on the inside of this restaurant. It is like nothing you have ever seen, from the swirled colors of paint to the amazing glass chandeliers, it makes you feel like your in another world.
The food at the Grand Lux Café is delicious and affordable. First you want to start off with some appetizers. I would recommend the Buffalo chicken rolls ($7.95), edaname ($4.95), coco-mac chicken satay ($7.95), and the Grand Appetizer platter, which feeds four ($24.95).
For entrees I would recommend almost anything. All of their food is absolutely splendid. For desert I would say the same as for entrees.
Their service is not the best but adequate.
Overall I had a very beautiful and delicous experience.

The Grand Lux Café is a great place to eat. They have very good food and great service.
While I was there I had the lunch sandwich special, which is one-half of a chicken salad or turkey sandwich, a cup of soup and a small house salad.
Everything was great. The restaurant also has great appetizers. The moment I ate one of their Edamame beans I did't stop eating them until I had eaten about thirty of them. Also the desserts are very good.
The restaurant also has very nice architecture and it is not noisy. Overall it is a great restaurant.
