BOSTON -- Junior Lake's snapping of his bat over his leg following one of his four strikeouts Monday night was overshadowed by Jake Arrieta's 7 2/3 innings of one-hit ball at Fenway Park.

Nevertheless, Lake is on the bench Tuesday night while in the midst of an 0-for-13 slump. Justin Ruggiano will start in center field in place of Lake as the Chicago Cubs try to win their second consecutive game at Boston.

The Cubs also hope for a revival from National League All-Star candidate Anthony Rizzo, who is hitless in his past 11 at-bats. Rizzo has hit 14 home runs since April 30, the most in the NL.

Here's the Cubs' lineup against Clay Buchholz:

Coghlan LF

Sweeney DH

Rizzo 1B

Castro SS

Valbuena 3B

Castillo C

Schierholtz RF

Ruggiano CF

Barney 2B

Jackson P
