SYCAMORE -- Authorities say the daughter of Northern Illinois University's police chief has been charged with drug possession.
She was charged with possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana. Her bond was set at $50,000.
NIU officials confirmed that Grady is the daughter of police chief Donald Grady. They did not have further comment.
A message left for the police chief wasn't immediately returned Sunday. A home number listed for Jessica Grady had been disconnected.
The man who was arrested, Reginald T. Turner, 38, of DeKalb, faces the same charges as Grady and has also been charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and possession of marijuana with intent to deliver. His bond was set at $200,000.
