Phil Ponce sells Ravenswood home; Mayor Emanuel getting new neighbors

WTTW-Ch. 11 "Chicago Tonight" host Phil Ponce and his wife, Ann, on Thursday sold their four-bedroom vintage Victorian-style house in the Ravenswood neighborhood for $1.0425 million. Located just two doors south of Mayor Rahm Emanuel's house, Ponce's now-former home dates to 1886 and has been restored. Features include 3 1/2 baths, a rec room on the lower level, woodwork, a master suite on the third floor, and a large kitchen with a butler's pantry, white quartz countertops, double ovens and a Viking cooktop. Outside on the 165-foot-deep lot are a pergola, professionally designed gardens and a Chicago brick paver patio. Ponce bought the home for $580,000 in 1999...
