Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer won't be alone on November's ballot. Paul Paulson filed paperwork Monday to challenge the incumbent and has been qualified by the city clerk's office for the upcoming election. Paulson, founder of the Orlando-based nonprofit Help The Vets, Inc., on Tuesday cited the City Council's vote last year to increase property taxes by 17.7 percent as his motivation to run.
