Whenever a cable service offers two Internet speeds it's almost always a good thing, except when those speeds are slow Internet and no Internet.
Karen and Richard Rabe were stuck in slow-no because first AT&T and then Frontier could not bring high-speed Internet service because of the 500-foot driveway leading to their Willington home. Staying connected wasn't a luxury — the Rabes operate a general-contracting company that specializes in lead abatement, RER Associates, from their home.
