On the bustling North Milwaukee Avenue commercial strip in Bucktown, inside a former Scoop NYC boutique that used to sell $200 designer jeans and $800 suede boots, you can now see a doctor to treat a broken bone, get a vaccination or examine an ear infection.

Since February, the low-slung retail building has housed Physicians Immediate Care, a walk-in clinic, just a stone's throw from a liquor store, pizzeria and yoga studio.
