Enfield's STR Officially Becomes Penny Stock

STR Holdings, an Enfield-based solar film manufacturer whose stock has been trading for less than a dollar a share since mid-July, was notified Tuesday by the New York Stock Exchange that it would be delisted. With its stock trading between 73 cents and 85 cents for most of the past month, its market cap is a little less than $15 million, and therefore STR is too small to be on the exchange. STR will move its stock to the OTC Pink Marketplace, where it will still report quarterly reports on revenues and earnings to the Securities and Exchange Commission.
