NEWINGTON — Former town facilities manager Robert Korpak reportedly admitted taking four gallons of town-owned paint and discussing a possible overbilling scheme with an electrical contractor, according to an arrest affidavit.
Korpak, 60, of Newington turned himself in to local police last week and was charged with three felonies, second-degree larceny, soliciting a kickback and criminal attempt to commit second-degree larceny. He resigned in June.
