John Rich Aull Jr., 27, was declared dead about 1:30 a.m. Sunday, authorities said.

The car was heading south on Earls Road near Ebenezer Road when it ran off the west side of the street and hit a utility pole.
Although Aull was wearing his seatbelt, he was ejected from the 2006 Lincoln Zephyr.
