The new office is in 125 Airport Drive, Unit 10, not far from the old location at 115 Airport Drive. The old office will take its last customer at 3 p.m. Friday.
"The new office will provide a larger, more comfortable reception area for our visitors," district manager David Bloom said in a statement.
Officials said that most Social Security services do not require an office visit. Benefit applications, direct deposit requests and change of address forms are all available online at http://www.socialsecurity.gov or by phone at 1-800-772-1213.
