The Community Action Council of Howard County, in partnership with Community Homes Housing, is offering free lunches for youths 18 and younger from noon to 1 p.m. Monday-Friday, Aug. 1-5, at Roslyn Rise Community Center, 10339 Twin Rivers Road, and Rideout Heath-Homework Club Townhouse, 5891 Harpers Farm Road.
CAC is also offering a Teen Educational Employment Program to high school students residing at the Community Homes Housing complexes that will provide environmental and energy-conservation education as well as an activity-based curriculum.
