President Barack Obama's signature legislative effort, the Affordable Care Act, and Gov. Martin O'Malley's presidential aspirations left Lt. Gov. Anthony Brown to head up the implementation of Maryland's health care exchange as his only real assignment, which has been an embarrassment to both Mr. O'Malley and Mr. Brown.
But if both Mr. O'Malley and Mr. Brown have failed in this effort, do we really want them as our next president and governor?
Unfortunately it is up to the voters, who only vote based on name recognition.
