“The Super Bowl champs committed to quarterback Joe Flacco from a contract perspective, but must add to his weapons if he's to remain successful,” he wrote. “Speedster Torrey Smith gives the club a premium vertical threat but the team could see Woods as an ideal complement following the trade of Anquan Boldin.”

--- Peter King of Sports Illustrated says the Ravens will draft Kansas State inside linebacker Arthur Brown with the 32nd pick.
“’Hell of a football player and leader,’ said one opposing scout of the two-year K-State captain after he transferred from Miami,” King wrote.
“He tackles, he's tough, he's got ball skills, he's a leader; I love everything about this kid except his height, and there's nothing I can do about that,” he wrote.
--- Greg Cosell of NFL Films projects LSU inside linebacker Kevin Minter to the Ravens at the end of the first round.
“Minter is the kind of player you like the more you watch him. He’s not a top athlete for the position so he doesn’t immediately stand out with his movement. But he’s very active, very competitive. His play recognition was consistently good, his reactions were decisive, and he always pressed to the ball,” Cosell wrote. “Minter is a better player than athlete, and has the look of a Day One starter.”
--- Russ Lande of National Football Post thinks the inside linebacker that the Ravens will take is Georgia’s Alec Ogletree.
“Although Manti Te’o is still on [my] board, Ozzie Newsome once again shows a willingness to gamble on a player with immense physical talent despite character issues,” he wrote. “He could be the long term replacement for Ray Lewis if he handles himself away from football because he is such an elite physical talent.”
--- NFL.com’s Gil Brandt also projects Ogletree to the Ravens.
“Top-notch players always seem to fall to the Ravens, and I think Ogletree is one of the better ones on the board -- a great value for Baltimore,” he wrote.
--- Pete Prisco of CBS Sports thinks the Ravens could pick Florida State offensive tackle Menelik Watson to play left tackle.
“They might move up to get a tackle, but if they stay here they take a wonderfully gifted athlete,” he said.
--- Pete Schrager thinks the Ravens will go with Syracuse offensive lineman Justin Pugh with the final pick in Round One.
“The Ravens defense will look very different in 2013, with new additions like Dumervil, Canty, Marcus Spears and Rolando McClain joining the Super Bowl winners,” he wrote. “The offensive line stepped up in the playoffs after a late-season shakeup. I wouldn’t be surprised if GM Ozzie Newsome went with a tackle like Pugh at 32.”
