Those found to have heart disease or risk for it will get access to educational programs, lifestyle coaches and exercise classes. The hospital will follow patients over time and measure improvements in health.
Heart screenings will include a health risk assessment, electrocardiogram and biometrics as well as testing for blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar.
Cardiac nurses will provide a tailored consultation of each participant and suggest changes in diet, exercise and lifestyle.
