McKinnie was replaced at left tackle last week by Eugene Monroe, who made his Ravens debut in a 19-17 loss to the Green Bay Packers. Monroe allowed a sack and forced fumble to Packers outside linebacker Nick Perry in the game.

The Ravens also deactivated wide receiver Brandon Stokley, who was listed as doubtful with lingering groin and hip injuries on the weekly injury report.
The Ravens also scratched inside linebacker Josh Bynes, who underwent surgery on an infected finger, backup nose tackle Terrence Cody (sprained left knee), offensive lineman Jah Reid, center Ryan Jensen (foot surgery) and defensive tackle DeAngelo Tyson.
Inside linebacker Jameel McClain is active for today's game after being placed on the active roster Saturday when he was activated from the reserve-physically unable to perform list. Ten months ago, McClain suffered a spinal cord contusion and hasn't played since then. The Ravens cut blocking tight end Billy Bajema on Saturday to create a roster spot for McClain.
Steelers rookie outside linebacker Jarvis Jones, their first-round draft pick, is inactive due to a concussion.
The Steelers' other scratches were quarterback Landry Jones, wide receiver Markus Wheaton (finger), tight end Richard Gordon (toe), nose tackle Hebron Fangupo, running back Isaac Redman and cornerback Curtis Brown.
