Starting pitcher Scott Feldman didn't get the victory in his first game in an Orioles uniform on Wednesday night, but he gave the Orioles exactly what they were looking for when they dealt Jake Arrieta and Pedro Strop to the Chicago Cubs to add him to their starting rotation. He delivered a low-drama, no-walk, six-inning performance that carried the club into the late innings, which is where the Orioles offense does its best work. It was his 10th quality start in 16 attempts this season. The bullpen did the rest and the Orioles evened the series. One good start doesn't make a trade a success, but it does make a very nice first impression.
