Nose guard Terrence Cody, who's dealing with swelling in his left elbow and was deactivated against Pittsburgh, was at practice as well and was limited.
Cody said his elbow has improved significantly and he'll be able to play Sunday night against the San Diego Chargers.
"We spent the whole week trying to get the swelling out of it, I couldn't bend it or straighten it," Cody said. "They said I sprained the elbow. There wasn't no damage to the ligaments, no fracture. It was just a soft-tissue injury. It's in the joint. There was a lot of fluid they drained. I'm icing it constantly trying to get the swelling out."
Cornerback Jimmy Smith (sports hernia surgery) has been ruled out for Sunday.
Limited for Baltimore: tight end Ed Dickson (strained neck), linebacker Dannell Ellerbe (toe, finger), safety James Ihedigbo (neck), safety Bernard Pollard (ribs), safety Ed Reed (shoulder stinger) and linebacker Terrell Suggs (shoulder, Achilles).
For the Chargers, not practicing: linebacker Larry English (calf), defensive tackle Aubrayo Franklin (knee), former Ravens offensive tackle Jared Gaither (groin), offensive guard Tyronne Green (hamstring), tight end Dante Rosario (hamstring) and wide receiver Eddie Royal (hamstring).
Safety Atari Bigby (shoulder) was limited.
