Loyola senior defensive midfielders Josh Hawkins and Scott Ratliff were named the Eastern College Athletic Conference Specialist and Co-Defensive Players of the Week, respectively, the conference office announced.
The duo combined for six goals, five caused turnovers and five ground balls Saturday while helping the Greyhounds to a 13-7 league win over Fairfield that clinched a spot in the ECAC tournament.
Ratliff, who earned the defensive honor for the second time this season and fourth time in his career, scored four goals against the Stags; it is believed he is the first player in the modern era of college lacrosse to score four goals in a game with a pole.
Hawkins also was disruptive on the defensive end, causing four turnovers.

Ohio State junior defenseman Joe Meurer (McDonogh) and freshman attackman Carter Brown (Calvert Hall) received ECAC weekly honors, with Meurer named Co-Defensive Player of the Week and Brown the Rookie of the Week. Meurer recorded four caused turnovers while holding the NCAA's leading goal scorer, Hobart's Alex Love, off the scoresheet in a Buckeyes win Saturday. Brown had a hat trick and four points in the victory. ... UMBC senior attackman Scott Jones was named America East Conference Co-Player of the Week. Jones shares the award with Binghamton's Matt Springer. Jones produced a career-best six goals, seven points and five ground balls in the Retrievers' 19-6 victory over Vermont on Saturday. He opened the scoring with a man-down goal, added a man-up goal and scored five of his six goals in the first half. Jones became the 30th Retriever to hit the 100-point plateau. ... Towson senior goalkeeper Andrew Wascavage received Colonial Athletic Association Co-Player of the Week honors for the second straight week after making a season-best 20 saves in a win over Massachusetts on Saturday. ... Bryant goalie Gunnar Waldt (St. Paul's) was honored as the Northeast Conference Rookie of the Week and Defensive Player of the Week after the Bulldogs' 15-11 win over Robert Morris on Saturday.
Division III honors
Stevenson freshman goalie Dimitri Pecunes (Calvert Hall) was chosen as the Commonwealth Conference Defender of the Week for the second straight week. Pecunes improved his record to 11-1 as a starter with wins at No. 6 Salisbury and Alvernia. ... Washington College junior goalie Ted DiSalvo was named Centennial Conference Defensive Player of the Week for the second time this season. ... St. Mary's senior attackman Patrick Mull (Fallston) and Seahawks senior long-stick midfielder Dalton Yohn were named the CAC Offensive and Defensive Players of the Week, respectively. Mull matched the scoring total of St. Mary's two opponents last week with five goals and five assists as the Seahawks extended their winning streak to six.

No. 3 Stevenson (11-1) and No.6 Salisbury (11-3) held their spots in the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association Division III coaches' poll, while Washington College (9-1) fell one spot to No. 10.
Navy's DePompeo, Generi repeat
For the second straight week, Navy senior Jasmine DePompeo and sophomore Loren Generi earned weekly women's lacrosse honors from the Patriot League. DePompeo is the Offensive Player of the Week, and Generi is the Midfield Player of the Week. The duo helped the No. 12 Midshipmen post wins at Longwood and Holy Cross last week to extend their winning streak to seven games and clinch a Patriot League postseason tournament berth. DePompeo scored a career-high 13 points against Longwood last Tuesday, tying the Navy record. She also established a new school mark with 10 assists in the contest, which is tied for the second-most in NCAA history for a single game.

Towson junior attacker Ashleigh Rohrback was honored as the Colonial Athletic Association Player of the Week after leading the Tigers to a pair of CAA road victories, including an upset of James Madison on Sunday. She finished the week with five goals, six assists, two ground balls and a draw control in the two games.
Division III women's honors
Washington college senior goalie Stephanie Seibert was named Centennial Conference Defensive Player of the Week for the second time this season. ... York junior attacker Erica Mulford (Seton Keough) was honored as the CAC Offensive Player of the Week, and Salisbury sophomore defender Laura Maskell (Marriotts Ridge) was the Defensive Player of the Week.
