Lewis has been hobbled by a toe injury, but the 12-time Pro Bowl selection has made 57 consecutive starts, and coach John Harbaugh refused to rule out Lewis for Sunday’s contest.
Wide receiver Lee Evans is the third player listed as questionable after practicing all three days on a limited basis. Evans hasn’t played since Sept. 18 against the Tennessee Titans.
The Ravens did rule out defensive tackle Arthur Jones (head) and rookie running back Anthony Allen (thigh), both of whom did not practice this week.
Cincinnati has listed starting wide receiver A.J. Green as doubtful. The rookie has not practiced this week after suffering a hyperextended right knee in Sunday’s 24-17 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Reserve defensive end Carlos Dunlap, who has three sacks, is questionable because of a balky hamstring. He practiced on a limited basis for the third consecutive day.
Four other starters are probable for Sunday. Center Kyle Cook (foot), defensive end Frostee Rucker (knee), cornerback Nate Clements (knee) and strong safety Chris Crocker (knee) fully practiced for the second straight day.
Three key reserves – defensive tackle Jonathan Fanene (illness), cornerback Adam Jones (groin) and free safety Gibril Wilson (ankle) – fully practiced for the second consecutive day and are also probable.
