    The Lehigh Valley Classical Guitar festival returns to Peter Hall on the Moravian College campus in Bethlehem June 28 for a day of recitals, workshops, master classes and concerts. This will be the second year the festival is under the direction of Moravian alum James Schultheis, and the 14th since it was founded by Bethlehem guitarist John Arnold in 2000.
