    Taking a leaf from the early days of Joseph Papp in New York and endeavoring to increase its own accessibility, Chicago Shakespeare Theater says it plans to tour its "Short Shakespeare" production of an abbreviated version of William Shakespeare's "The Taming of the Shrew" to a variety of Chicago parks this summer.
