    We all know the saying “we eat with our eyes,” but of course we eat with other senses, too. The taste and smell of a dish create the flavor memories we treasure, but the sound, such as a fresh spring pea pod snapping or the sizzle of a grilling steak, also adds to the complete dining experience.  If you turn off one sense, such as sight, the other senses are enhanced.
