Williamsburg Lodge chef designs James Beard dinner

Rhys Lewis, executive chef of the Williamsburg Lodge, has developed a Virginia-themed dinner that will be served on Saturday, Nov. 5, at the famed James Beard Foundation in New York. The event is part of a collaboration between the Colonial Williamsburg and James Beard foundations, both of which are celebrating milestones in 2012. CW will commemorate 75 years of serving the public, and the James Beard Foundation will celebrate 25 years of promoting America’s culinary heritage.
