Q. What are your parents' names and what do they do for a living?
A. My mum is a social agent and works at a social agency and dad works at a private company.
Q. What has been your biggest surprise about life in the U.S.?
A. The biggest surprise for me was so many deers running on the street.
Q. How do you compare the education you receive in your home country to your school here?
A. The style of studying is what I like here most, but in my country, we learn much harder. But I guess for exchange students, studying is really good here too because English is a foreign language for us.
Q. How is the food different here?
A. Food is totally different here. Actually, we have fast food and McDonald's too, but my national food is so, so different.
Q. Are there any other differences between the U.S. and your home country?
A. I think between U.S. and my country there are so many differences. I can say that there are no similiarities at all. For example: style and quality of life, religions, school, culture, values, politics and absolutely everything.
Q. What has been the most fun since you got here?
A. Every day is fun for me here. New experiences, everything is interesting and exciting. But the most fun was Christmas, which is so different and excellent here. Also I had a lot of fun during my traveling to Colorado.
Q. What do you miss about your home country?
A. I miss my friends and my family. But besides them, I miss noisy streets, so many people and active life, which is rare here.
Q. What did you expect from your stay in the U.S.?
A. Have a great experience and improve my English skills too.
Q. When will you return to your home country?
A. I'm leaving May 15th. I really wanted to attend graduation here, but unfortunately I have to go.
Q. What would you like to do yet before you return home?
A. Make new friends here and do as much sight-seeing as possible in U.S.A.
Q. Is there anything you would like to add?
A. I'd like to add thank you to my great host family. I really appreciate them.
