Kid's Resource founder Gerry Orz, 10, left, State Sen. Carol Liu, center, and Peace Over Violence's Emily Austin, right, celebrated California Bullying Prevention Day at Toll Middle School. Orz, who was bullied in elementary school, did not speak but played a recording of his voice encouraging everyone to play a role in stopping bullying.
