With dozens of new apps launching every day it is difficult to find the best ones. But with this premier edition of Apps to Know we’ll show you the latest and greatest the app world has to offer.

Forgetting the dates of new releases is now a thing of the past! For only 99 cents on iOS, Recall shows you a list of upcoming new release for movies, albums, and book. All you have to do is simply flag the ones you're interested in and you'll get a notification when they are available for purchases.

Sharing smartphone photos is also easier than ever thanks to apps like Photoset and Flayvr.

The people behind the popular social networking site Tumblr now bring you the Photoset app.  With this app you can choose from your photos and create a collage complete with animations that can be emailed to your friends and family or posted to various social networking sites. Viewers can download high resolution copies for stunning picture quality. Photoset app is free for iPhone users.

The Flayvr app automatically organizes all the photos and videos in your phone and instantly creates a vivid collection for you to share. This app is free for iPhone users and will soon be made available for Android.

The popular iPad app, Echograph allows users to create animated photos. You can select parts of a photo to animate while other portions stay still, creating a great effect. However this app may take some trial and error before you get the hang of it.  Echograph is now available for $5 and can be used on both the iPad and iPhone.

Video game giants Atari and Zynga have teamed up to give the classic game Breakout a re-boot and this time the game is cuter than ever. Super Bunny Breakout has a lot of storyline and many endearing characters. But the best part is you’ll instantly get the hang of it. This app is available for iPhone, iPad, and iPod Touch users for only 99 cents.
