Fever defeat Chicago as Catchings grabs all-time free throw mark
The Indiana Fever used a late surge in the fourth quarter, including a 12-0 run to top the Chicago Sky 84-70. Bench play was key in the victory, back up Jessica Davenport scored a season and game-high 19 points.

“I had some extra motivation coming into the game tonight, coming off the loss last night.  Wanted to try to get this win.  Wanted to be able to bring some energy.  We now have some games coming up more frequently, so we can get a rhythm.  I think that would be to our advantage.  Can’t really get into a game flow without playing games," said Davenport.

The win not only snapped a 3-game losing streak but it also gave Tamika Catchings another record setting performance. The Fever forward nailed 6 free throws to pass Lisa Leslie as the WNBA's all-time leader in made free throws.

"It's cool records are set and meant to be broken. I guess for me its just my time to shine. But, my teammates have put me in the position to be able to be successful," said Catchings who has made 1,478 free throws in her career.

The Fever now hit the road for a game with Connecticut on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
