The UConn men's basketball team is back in The Associated Press Top 25.

After an 80-43 win over Houston last Thursday the Huskies, which fell out of the rankings in early January, are ranked No. 22 in the current AP writers' poll released Monday.

The Huskies began the season at No. 19 and reached a high of No. 9 after beating Florida on Dec.2. They lost three games between Dec. 18 and Jan.4 and tumbled out of the rankings, but have won six of their last seven.

Cincinnati, UConn's next opponent, rose to No.7 after beating Louisville last week. UConn plays at Cincinnati Thursday night.

Syracuse, still unbeaten, is the new No. 1.
