Geno Smith - QB - West Virginia
Smith tallied over 400 yards and six total TDs in West Virginia's absolute dismantling of Clemson in last year's Orange Bowl. The jump to the Big 12 means more warm weather games and more opportunities to put up the gaudy statistics that build a Heisman résumé.
