Adam Greenberg Gets 2nd Chance At Major Leagues

Marlins outfielder Adam Greenberg steps into the batter's box as Mets catcher Josh Thole looks on before facing Mets pitcher R.A. Dickey Tuesday night in Miami. Greenberg was hit in the back of the head by a 92 mph fastball in his first plate appearance as a Chicago Cubs rookie in July 2005. Helped off the field and hospitalized, until Tuesday, he hadn't returned to the major leagues after that ninth inning pinch-hit appearance against the Marlins.
