Kemba Walker, 9th overall, Charlotte, 2011: Walker led UConn to 11 consecutive postseason victories, to titles in the Big East tournament and NCAA Tournament, before declaring he would leave UConn after his junior season. He won seven games all season with the Bobcats, who at 7-59 set an NBA record for lowest winning percentage. Walker averaged 12.1 points and 4.4 assists but shot just 36.6 percent.
