Former Western Michigan University and Grand Haven kicker John Potter celebrated his selection in the NFL Draft by going to a job interview Monday in Chicago. The interview was with Red Frog a company that organizes events. He had set up the interview before he got the call from the Buffalo Bills in the 7th round on Saturday. Potter told Red Frog at the interview "I would get a hold of them in about 20 years when I retire (from football)".
The Bills currently have 13 year veteran Rian Lindell on their roster, but Potter hopes to challenge him for the job in preseason and at the very least make the team as a kick off specialist.
