On Super Saturday, the day before Super Bowl 48, celebrities battled it out on Pier 40 in Manhattan in the celebrity beach bowl. The two teams represented the New York Police and Fire departments, and the winning NYPD team walked away with $20,000 for their department. Celebrities including Aaron Paul of "Breaking Bad," model Chrissy Teigen, actor James Marsden, The Food Network's Guy Fieri, singer John Legend took the field with athletes like Tony Gonzalez, LaDainian Tomlinson and Amani Toomer. The game was open to the public and fans waited in line for hours to get inside. After the game, fans were invited onto the sand for an up-close-and-personal performance by Paramore.
