Quarterback Frank Reich drops back to throw during practice. Reich is best known for engineering the greatest comeback in Maryland history. Facing a 31-0 deficit at halftime against the defending national champion <a class="taxInlineTagLink" id="ORSPT000191" title="Miami Hurricanes" href="/topic/sports/college-sports/miami-hurricanes-ORSPT000191.topic">Miami Hurricanes</a>, Reich replaced Stan Gelbaugh under center and led the Terps to a 42-40 victory on November 10, 1984.
