163. Donnie Miller Jr., jockey

At 19, he won the Preakness in 1983 aboard Deputed Testamony, a Maryland-bred long shot. It was the highlight of a storied career for Miller, of Jessup, who won 2,856 races aboard mounts totaling more than $37 million in earnings. He won seven jockey titles at Laurel Park and four at Pimlico Race Course after leading the country's apprentice riders in 1981.
