Monroe's reverse spins, no-look passes and between-the-legs dribbles juiced the Baltimore Bullets, and their fans, for four seasons and carried the team to the NBA Finals in 1971. Along the way, "Earl The Pearl" earned Rookie of the Year, was named All-NBA (first team) and averaged 23.7 points.
